Growing up in Spring Township, Pennsylvania, Chelsea DeNofa was introduced to motorsports through his father, who was an avid racing enthusiast himself. As a child, he developed a love for anything with an engine, starting with dirt bikes and go-karts. His father however, inspired his deep appreciation for speed and high-performance vehicles. Supporting his passion, DeNofa's parents attended local events and cheered him on as he participated in various races. But it wasn’t until he entered his first drifting competition at 16 years old when he instantly realized this was his true calling. From that moment on, DeNofa has carved a niche for himself in the drifting world. Known for his aggressive driving style and controlled slides, he has competed in numerous events and, accumulating an impressive track record. Some of his achievements include earning the titles of Formula DRIFT Rookie of the Year, Formula DRIFT “Most Improved Driver,” and clinching back-to-back victories at the Xtreme Drift Championships. All this success landed him a spot on the RTR Motorsports team, where he put in the work for an incredible seven-year stint and eventually became the 2023 Formula DRIFT champion.
