Monster Mornings: The Biggest Dota Esports Talk Show Is Back

The biggest event in Dota is here again — which means Monster Mornings is, too! The International 2024 will take place from September 4 to September 15 in Copenhagen, featuring the 16 best Dota teams from around the world. All of them will be vying to lift the Aegis, and Monster has all the coverage you could possibly need in order to impress your friends with your Dota knowledge.

You should know the drill by now, but here it is again, just in case. Monster Mornings is our TI pre-show, which will run for 60 minutes every morning and feature fun segments and recaps to get you ready for each day of Dota. Dota commentator Austin “Cap” Walsh and Team Liquid’s own Joey Thimian will be back to host the show once again.

This isn’t your typical esports pre-show — you’ll learn a lot, of course, but the main goal of this show is to have fun! Plus, we’re not working with an ESPN-level budget here, so things might get a little scuffed at times, but that’s all part of it. Monster Mornings features recaps, clips, bloopers, interviews, games, predictions… and that’s without even mentioning the litany of special segments we’ve cooked up! Tune in to see segments like Pour One Out (a tribute to the fallen teams), Steam Shoppers (a Dota-themed version of The Price Is Right), and Predictions (a segment where a very special guest — who may or may not be a fish — predicts match results).
