POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for EMEA, the Digital Content & Community Manager is a key contributor to the development, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives across EMEA. The role plays an integral part in delivering innovative and high-impact content and social media campaigns that support Monster Energy’s Sports & Lifestyle programme. This includes managing multi-market collaboration, community engagement and content performance, ensuring best-in-class digital brand execution that drives cultural relevance, community growth and business impact. This role offers the opportunity to travel internationally, providing valuable exposure to EMEA markets as well as hands-on experience at brand events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering centrally managed campaigns, activations and workflows across EMEA Sports & Lifestyle.
• Manage the coordination and rollout of centrally led brand promotions (e.g., Beast Bets) across markets and platforms.
• Own the day-to-day management and scheduling of content across Monster Energy’s EMEA social media channels, in line with campaign strategy and seasonal priorities.
• Lead proactive, on-brand community management across key social platforms to foster engagement, brand love, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with local markets to identify market-specific opportunities to scale central campaigns and maximise reach, impact, and cultural resonance.
• Provide timely communication and delivery of campaign assets, toolkits, and guidance to ensure local executional excellence.
• Manage the ingestion and approval of content within the internal content management system, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and publishing timelines.
• Act as the key liaison between the Paid Media team and Senior Digital Manager for the execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns.
• Monitor ambassador and talent activities, assess social impact and flag opportunities or risks across the region.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of regular content and campaign performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Use platform analytics and social listening tools track key KPIs and audience trends to inform creative and channel strategy, with a focus on engagement & reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the production of short-form social content, from ideation through to final delivery.
• Stay on top of digital, content & cultural trends within sports and lifestyle, and contribute fresh, relevant ideas for social-first activations.
• Support the Senior Digital Manager with ad hoc projects, internal presentations and strategic initiatives as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Ideally 4+ years of relevant working experience incl. marketing, social media, content creation, brand collaborations and project management
• Deep understanding of the Action & Motorsports industries
• Strong digital marketing experience ideally within the sports/ lifestyle industry
• Understanding of 'new' forms of marketing (social media, influencer marketing, user
generated content distribution etc.)
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Highly analytical and comfortable with in-depth analysis and testing strategies
• Ability to assess ROI and performance of marketing campaigns
• Extremely attentive to detail with the ability to anticipate and adapt to quick change
• Entrepreneurial, independent and self-directed person with a positive attitude and
hunger to grow
• Excellent organisational skills in managing multiple projects at the same time, mindful of
deadlines
• Native to the social media landscape and able to follow & identify trends
• Ability to think strategically and effectively and clearly present new ideas
• Self-starter who is highly motivated with a mindset designed to deliver solitions agasint
identified challenges
• Marketing mindset, with an understanding of what drives the desired outcome while
furthering the core brand values, including global vs. local relevance
