Dan Bewley 4th at SGP final in Denmark, places 3rd overall on the season
With the 2025 FIM Speedway Grand Prix’s bronze medal on the line between two Monster Energy-backed racers, Dan Bewley and “Fast” Freddie Lindgren, at the popular motorcycle series’ final round at Denmark’s Vojens Speedway Center - it’d be Bewley that stepped up late in the day, topping Lindgren in the second Last Chance Qualifier race to make the final and clinch the points need for the third and final overall SGP medal on the season.

“Between me and Freddie, it went down to that LCQ, and it was quite cool having that last race with him,” said Bewley from the podium at the Deluxe Homeart FIM Speedway GP of Denmark - Vojens. “It has been a good year. I want to say ‘Well done’ to these two boys (podium mates Bartosz Smarzlik and Brady Kurtz). We had a good battle and it has been fun.”

Joining Bewley in the top five SGP overall season points were Monster Energy comrades Lindgren in 4th and Jack Holder in 5th. And with those efforts all three are automatically qualified for the 2026 Speedway GP season. Lindgren finished the season with 134 points (eight points back of Bewley), while Holder scored 118 points. Both Bewley (Round 4) and Holder (Round 2) each had an event win, with Bewley scoring five podium finishes on the season, Lindgren with three and Holder with the one.

More from Bewley on his first overall SGP medal.
“I had a couple good meets the first year, but this year I’ve been consistent, obviously. Awesome to finish third, but there’s a couple more steps.”
