Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Fungeren als de #1 ambassadeur van Monster Energy, waarbij je ons vertegenwoordigt op evenementen en andere marketing activiteiten.

- In contact komen met evenementdeelnemers, communiceren van de waarden van het merk, en positieve relaties opbouwen met consumenten.

- Uitvoeren van guerrilla sampling van Monster Energy-blikjes op locatie of evenementen, met als doel enthousiasme te genereren en merkbekendheid te vergroten.

- Assisteren bij magazijnactiviteiten, waaronder voorbereidingen vóór en na evenementen.

- Coördineren en uitvoeren van productbezorgingen aan influencers en atleten.

- Bereid zijn om lange afstanden te rijden indien nodig voor bezorgingen.

- Samenwerken met een dynamisch team om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken en een positieve en enthousiaste werkomgeving te behouden.

- Deze functie wordt aangeboden op basis van een 0-urencontract en is geschikt voor studenten die hun kennis binnen het marketingteam willen vergroten

Kwalificaties:

- Minstens 18 jaar oud.

- Woont maximaal op 30 min reisafstand van ons kantoor in Haarlem

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om de boodschap van het merk over te brengen.

- Een gemotiveerd persoon die zelfstandig en als onderdeel van een team kan werken.

- In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs

- Vloeiend in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.

- Flexibiliteit om 's avonds, in het weekend en tijdens feestdagen te werken indien nodig.

For the South-West Netherlands region, we are looking for new sales talent. You will work as a junior account manager and be responsible for maintaining customer relationships. On a daily basis, you will visit customers in various channels (Petrol, Retail, On-the-Go, Wholesalers, Convenience, and Gyms). Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring optimal availability of Monster Energy products (Monster Energy and Reign Performance Energy) at these customers. In addition to relationship management, acquiring new customers is also part of your core duties.

You will closely collaborate with various colleagues within Monster Energy and with colleagues from our distribution partner, CCEP (Coca-Cola).

THE ROLE SPECIFICS:

POSITION: Executive Assistant

REPORTING TO: Regional Vice President

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. Joining the team responsible for our world leading brands, you’ll tackle challenges right across the mix. You’ll take on everything from managing diaries, arranging meetings and events to preparing presentations and organising travel. The pace and success of our business will mean that every hour could bring something new.

You will prove that you can work and deliver in a dynamic, international environment whilst always maintaining strict confidentiality. You will be able to combine executive experience with a proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach, with excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills. You’re a multitasker, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions when needed.

Crucially, you’re also comfortable working quickly and reacting to change. You are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail and ideally will have previous Executive/Personal Assistant experience within a highly dynamic, fast-moving, and successful environment.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

•   Maintaining diaries, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms/software links
•   Coordinating meetings and conferences, including venue/hotel booking, travel, catering etc.
•   Attend meetings, minute/action as required and track/maintain actions to close
•  Creating Power Point, Word and Excel presentations/documents and spreadsheets
•   Prepare and submit expense reports (multi currencies)
•   Create and maintain purchase orders to payment of invoices with our EMEA finance team
•  Carry out specific projects and research on behalf of [person/team]
•   Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
•   Maintain offices systems, data management and electronic filing as needed
•  Other ad hoc duties as required, which will develop in line with the needs of the business and position holder capability

YOUR KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

•   5+ years’ experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, ideally FMCG business or C-Suite level, is advantageous but not essential
•   Demonstrated ability of providing high level administration support
•   Intermediate/advanced MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
•   Demonstrated ability of managing and owning your own projects
•   A team player, who can build and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
•   Highly organised and efficient with outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
•   A ‘can do’, flexible attitude with high attention to detail
•   Passionate, intelligent, resilient, and highly motivated
