Grand Prize Notice：
1.    The market price of YZF-R15 YAMAHA MotoGP Edition is NTD$169,000. The winner must first pay a tax of 10% of the market price (if the winner is not a citizen registered in the territory of the Republic of China, a chance of winning tax of 20% of the market price must be withheld from the winning income) , the event team will provide additional tax payment instructions after confirming that the qualifications for prize redemption are correct. The winner must complete the tax payment before 22 November 2024 (Friday). If the winner is unwilling to pay this tax first, it will be deemed to have given up. There is no objection to the qualification to claim the prize.
2.    If the winner voluntarily gives up the prize, the organizer will not redraw the vacant spot.
3.    After the activity team confirms that the payment is correct, a prize receipt will be sent to the winner. The winner must present the original prize receipt and the original of his/her identity card to proceed with various procedures related to vehicle delivery.
4.    The winner must bring the original ID card + the original prize receipt and go to the designated car dealer in person to handle various car delivery procedures within the specified period. 1.    Deadline for mailing redeem documents: before 13 November 2024 (Wednesday) (by postmarked).
2.    The Winners have to download the award confirmation (https://reurl.cc/Nl1G6n) on the promotion website, and fill out the “award confirmation” + " original winning receipt / purchase details" ( to redeem the prize must have original winning receipt and details ) + "photocopy front and back of the ID card", mail these information by 13 November 2024 (Wednesday) (by post mark) using registered mail to “Win YAMAHA YZF - R15 with Monster Energy™”5F., No. 368, Fuxing N. 4.    The original receipt and purchase details are the redemption certificate. Please ensure that you keep the original winning receipt for redemption (the winning receipt must comply with the designated purchase period and items in the terms and condition of the promotion). Donated, cancelled, returned, handwritten, unidentified, copy of receipt will be deemed invalid.

5.    Under the tax law by Taiwan, when winning prize value is more than NTD$1,001 needs provide front and back copy of winner’s ID card, that is used for tax filing and will be included in personal income in annual tax filing. When winning prize value is NTD$20,001 needs to pay 10% tax under the law.
